We are Noosa Black Garlic – an artisan, local food creator. We source spray-free garlic from the Noosa Hinterland, and turn it into Black Garlic. We offer both whole Black Garlic Cloves, as well as our Caramelized Black Garlic Paste for sale. We hope to expand the range in the future.
